All sessions are held virtually via a synchronous online platform.

Intake session (60-75 minutes): $170
Individual session (50 minutes): $130
Couple or Joint session (75 minutes): $195
New Hope Counseling & Wellness PLLC is private pay only and is not contracted with any insurance companies. We typically do not provide a medical diagnosis as it creates a label that can stick with you and may create assumptions for you’re experiencing . At your request, we can provide you a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement at an out-of-network rate. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to know your insurance policies regarding out-of-network benefits and New Hope Counseling & Wellness PLLC is not responsible for any lack of reimbursement from your insurance company. Also, please note that if you submit a superbill for an out-of-network service, your insurance company may require a diagnosis and/or documentation of your sessions be provided by New Hope Counseling & Wellness PLLC to provide reimbursement to you, which limits your confidentiality and the shared information becomes part of your medical record held by your insurance company. New Hope Counseling & Wellness PLLC may not meet the documentation requirements of an insurance company for reimbursement.
We accept credit cards for payment and keep them on file in our secure Client Portal for billing purposes. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like behavioral health intakes, psychotherapy, medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
